Seller will confirmed ibpu and send a conditional pre advice to buyer's offshore account, the conditional pre advice state that the dollars has been set aside and ready to be transferred to buyer's offshore account upon confirmation of naira in seller's account. 6. Buyer confirmed seller's pre advice and initiate no 3. of this procedure or make a direct wire transfer of naira to seller's account and transmit payment slip to seller's account officer and copy seller's mandate. 7.
