daveP: Nacho was and still is better under Pellegrini than under pep.
He hasn't played 1/8 of the total time he played under Manuel.
And Joe sees that as progress.
If he is truly progressing then it's simple to expect that pep would use him cos he progressed.
Well Joe will do a good Joe for NPFL if he gets a job there.
Meanwhile, I'm imagining if he meets Godwin Enakhena, Leye, Oma Akatugba, and all those TV show sport journalists, pundits, I wonder if he will bend like crayfish or still insist. The good joe to submit HELL NO,that one no dey him dictionary o...lolz When I argue with him,I dnt expect him to submit. daveP: For the trophy, I pick Ghana
And I've take up a scientific approach to studying the way good Joe talks.
First, when you make a statement of fact after he must have tried to argue it, he simply doesn't refer to it again. E.g
You: Bojan flopped under pep
Joe: Boljan never flopped under pep he didn't have playing time.
You: What are you saying? ( state the fact of Bojan and post)
Joe: ( diverts from the truth you just stated and move over with style to another player. Chop knuckle, He alwaiz dudges ur questions cause he knws you are about to expose him....imaging sitting on d bench and drilling backwards....if nacho likes he stays, afterall am not eating frm his salary but if nacho goes to a lesser club in england mancity will clamour for his return...see nathan ake for example |

Because we have seen Guardiola improve players in shorter time than most coaches. A good example is the few weeks Guardiola spent with Nasri. When he came on the field, he was faster, sharper and looked fit. I do not know any coach that has achieved such. Toure's midfield control which was something I complained about Toure's game has transformed in a few months.
In a short time, we see changes.
Secondly, his work in improving Messi and Lewandowski. Who else do you know have a history of improving some of the already best in the World.
For now, Best coach for Nacho. Pep improved c.ronaldo abi,or griezman right,oh suarez,or mayb garethbale, see cavani self or okay he improved de bryune,oh ozil,no no mayb veratti, okay goalkeepers, stergen, nuer, dimaria My guy, open ur eyes o |

TheGoodJoe: It is not all about glory but becoming the best you can become. If Messi continued his route pre Guardiola, he would have landed on reaches but he would not reach the current height he achieved.
Dennis Suarez is learning loads from Enrique and the stars at Barcelona. He learnt at Sevilla and Villarreal. He has not yet reached his destination. It is a long route. I believe Nacho is on a faster route working with Guardiola. There you go again with ur "guadiola" line... Is guadiola the only coach in d world |

Teachability. When you think you know everything, you miss out on important lessons. Zlatan can continue scoring and pumping his fist. However, he will never know what would happen if he had obeyed Guardiola. Lazyerudite: Not to support the goodjoe, or all those in support of iheanacho leaving for loan. My question is what exactly do we want for iheanacho? Is it for him to become one of the world best or play regularly or both. And how can we achieve this? I support him going on loan so he can get more playing time but my fear is this, I don't want him to fizzle out. This is one of the few prospects we have in Nigeria and with the fact that he is even in Man City makes me happy. Not playing is not helping, but I don't want him to just go on loan to any team just to play. That might improve his confidence but he might not grow to become the player we always dreamed of. So what do we want for him? People do say Mou destroyed Mikel's career but I doubt if he would have won half of what he had if he by chance went to a lesser club. Time has a way of fixing things anyways My brother I like u for spilling the truth. No I don't want natcho to fizzle out...patience of course is good but d way d GoodJoe is making it sound is as if it is only guadiola that moulds players in football....whateva u pple say, nacho deserves more and more even more playing time...d same thing he did with sanchez, look at sanchez today....for me its an insult and lack of belive that you play a midfileder as a false nine when u claim u have a backup striker....forget philosophy poo For christ sake d world expensive player left man u a begger but returned a God,...shows u what magic playing time carries |

When he sold Yaya I was pissed but seeing how well he developed busquet has had me rethinking That's what I said, preferance is guadiola's style of coaching,......simple put,if he likes you he develops you....he develops you by giving you QUALITY playtime...if he dosnt like you??,,ask ibra, toure, eto etc....they'll explain much more better.lolz |

Mickael2: Baba, where did you get that from?! Let me make it simple for you, Yaya Toure went from starting the 2008 champions league final to warming the bench for Busquets, so I ask is it that he stopped responding to Pep's drills after that 08 final or what exactly? Toure was one of the top dogs, a versatile player. I know he started a lot of games as a CB so that Barca could effectively switch to a 3-4-3 with Abidal falling into the 3rd CB slot, so I don't know where you got the impression that Toure wasn't important My broda leave the Goodjoe, that statement showed me that the goodjoe just love arguing and I must say he is good at it,let's watch see nacho devlop by just drilling and drilling and drilling his way down d pecking order...lolz |

If I truly want Nacho to grow. That is hilarious.
Let me give you a brief history. Before Nacho joined City, I was one of those rooting for him to go there. I believed it was the right environment with the right challenge to grow. I also believed working with Pellegrini will make him improve too. I knew Jovetic, Silva, Nasri and Yaya Toure were monumental for Nacho to get playing time in midfield. Back then Nacho was a midfielder.
I watched the young man grow at City and I still believe that was a better option than Porto.
So know that, Nacho's growth is not just important to me but to Manchester City. Am sure you know of d saying dat "no b hu read book na im sabi book, but na hu pass exams na im sabi book".... Well my broda, let nacho stay and learn drills o,while iwobi gains game time, assists, goals, confidence etc Like professor JohnBull would say "over and out" |

You make it look like Yaya was the midfield king of Barca before the arrival of Pep. It was Edmilson. When Pep took over Barca, Yaya was not a big player. Seydou Keita was even bigger than Yaya. It was easy to slot in Busquets because Busquets worked in the academy with Guardiola. He understood Guardiola’s philosophy and than others.
Aguero is one of the best strikers in the history of the EPL. Dropping him for Nacho was never going to be an easy task. Also, remember Aguero played in Spain. So he understands a lot of Spanish football. Good, which brings us to d same question, must nacho play under guadiola??must he drill to death cause guadiola is d coach??....if you truly want nacho to grow, you won't say all this |

You are all over the place. Let us start with Joe Hart. Gary Neville advised Joe Hart to stay.
Gary Neville has urged Joe Hart to stay at Manchester City and fight for his first-team place.
"I think my advice to Joe would be to stay exactly where he is."
"It's nothing to do with Joe's style over the last three years, it's been Man City's style," Neville continued. "Pep's complete and total belief is to play out from the back at all costs.
"That's not how Joe has been doing it and it's not the strongest part of his game. He's not incapable, but it's not the strongest part.
"The easy thing would be to throw your toys out of the pram, to create a problem with the manager and say, 'we will part company'. I say he should stay for a year or two and get his head down and work to transform himself.
"He has 10 years left at the top of his game, and from my point of view, he should fight to get back into the team, to transform his game with Pep into someone who can play 2,000 passes rather than 500, and to be what Pep wants him to be.
http://www.skysports.com/football/news/29326/10538239/gary-neville-joe-hart-should-stay-at-manchester-city-and-fight-for-place
It is the same thing. Work hard in training and improve. After that, fight for your position. If Hart stayed and trained, I have no doubt he would improve. In the game against Steaua Bucharest in the second leg of our UEFA Champions League play off, Joe Hart showed improvement in his passes. Unfortunately, it will take lots of drills to get to the level of Ter Stergen and Bravo.
Hart wants playing time and he can not become a key player in Pep's philosophy. He will not improve in the passing area, no matter how much playing time he gets at Torino or had at City. My broda like I have told you forget all this drill shit.....I read for exams expecting to write for 30mins and u gave me 6 mins,HOW D HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO PASS ...if nacho was quadiola's favourite,he would be playing...who was busquets when yaya was playing at barca.??abi yaya didn't get ur so called DRILLING??if he didn't,hw come he is playing nw?....be truthfull for once,ur coach has preferance simple!!! |

It is not true if you think Iwobi's development is the games. That is what I am pointing out. It is perseverance, hard work and determination to get better in training. The time the coaches in camp spend pointing out things he should do to improve. The time Iwobi spends studying quality players and learning from them.
This is the vital part especially for a young player. That is what I am interested in Nacho. When a player works hard in these areas, when he is on the pitch, he will bring improvement.
This was why Rohr opted to use Iheanacho to press and destabilize the Algerians. That was why Iheanacho was chosen to make mazy runs to disrupt the shape of defence. Working with Guardiola improves this quality because it relies on his philosophy of high press, intensity and hard work. Playing time in few minutes does not bring this. Iheanacho is training at a higher intensity than players seeing regular time in most league. You and this ur drill matter, pardon my curiosity o but hw many drill did matial get when he arrived manchester?..was memphis not drilled enough at psv ....mihkitarian just started getting drills now hence his recent performance abi??....oh iwobi gets more drills than nacho??.... Scheneiderlin refused drill lessons at oldtraford??...why couldn't he drill the passing game into joe hart and last but not d list,I guess james is still getting drilled?.......my broda,4get dis drill nonsense if he dosnt get games, his career is retrogressing..Kelechi is not bigger than all these people I have mentioned....if I read for exams and still fail, why did I waste my time reading??.....if I were the young lad,I'll sort of a move else where cause I'd prefer playing regularly for stoke than to have minute minutes for city....After all with his incredible goalscoring record, who wnt want him?? |
