Now let me do a clarification on the comment that was raised in this thread where one of the members of this forum said that PWAN Lands are very expensive because of the Commission they are paying.

Firstly Pwan Laid a business model which other Companies are trying to Copy but cannot because of the greediness.

Secondly PWAN Lands are not the most expensive in the Market. The price range of their Lands depends on several indices that determines the value of the Land. For instance PWAN has a property selling selling for 600,000 in Ibeju-Lekki. That is the lowest you can get in Ibeju-Lekki.

Thirdly if you want to do Real Estate business or market Real Estate properties. You have to look for Estate Companies that have sur Name. What I mean is Estate Companies that is capable of making sure they handle any Dispute that arises as a result of Land acquisition if it happens. PWAN Group is very big Companies that has long leg of Government connection, experienced Lawyers and Many industry players who understands Real Estate Business more than a Lay man do. So investing with them even at the so called "higher price" will give you peace of mind than investing through a Company that can scam you off all your hard earned money.
