We would not be happy to pay anybody N40,000 for a month as this would mean they have not performed or met performance targets.
Anybody who is only earning N40k would not be retained.

It is expected that our performance related bonuses should boost earnings for the right hard working, skilled and productive Virtual Assistant to in excess of N75,000 or more per month.

The company needs to hire quickly so we have adopted the lower risk strategy of starting at 40k but giving the opportunity to earn high income with good performance through performance related bonuses in addition to regular upward reviews of base pay if targets are met.

We are searching for someone to provide a Virtual Assistant service to our company.

I would like to consider you for this role.

The role would pay would start from approx N40,000 per month + additional potential income from performance related bonuses.

It is expected that if the challenging performance targets are met or exceeded, bonuses paid could take your earnings up to in excess N75,000 or more even in the first month.

The base pay may be reviewed upwards every few months, if performance targets continue to be met or exceeded.

You must be available 5 - 6 days per week.

The base pays is based on a minimum 45 hours per week.

Must have good fast computer system with fast reliable and readily available internet service.

A person who gets things done and make things happen.

Honesty and trustworthiness are probably the most important quality for this role.

Highly organised , would be required to set up administrative and information management systems (e.g. database on the cloud) organise the business.

Fast, Efficient and effective worker.

Highly computer literate.

Able to update and create content on websites.

Experience of Digital Media marketing.

Knowledge of business and finance.

Excellent at searching and researching on the internet for business information as requested.

A person that is a problem-solver and is able to suggest solutions to problems.

Ability to supervise work of other virtual outsource workers.

Ability to do the accountancy returns including value added tax reconciliation is desirable.

An understanding of website design and development and ability to assess and select good web developers as needed by the company.

The selection process would comprise an informal video conference chat, email interview, and approx 2hour of task -based assessments where you would be given the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to carry out some real everyday tasks.

Unsuitable applicants would be eliminated from the selection process at any stage.

It is really a shame, that she fell. Her victory is now being attributed to diving and her win is somehow tainted.
But in all probability, the reason she fell is because her legs gave way and she was totally spent and would likely have just lost the race if she stayed on her feet.
So in my eyes she is the gold medalist but most people believe the real winner is Felix the silver medallist.
This may prompt a rule change; perhaps something that says that to be consider a winner your foot must be the first part of your body to touch the track beyond the finishing line (in addition to your torso being the first to cross the finishing line)
