Can you post your calculations on how the subscribers will make money from this your investment plan.

One can not get 4 million from one acre of cassava in a year. How many years will it take for each subscriber to beak even and get his money back?

Instead of doing one acre with 4 million, will it not be better to lease 20 acres and use the 4 million to cultivate the 20 acres of cassava?

Let me clarify, because there seems to be a small misunderstanding of the structure.

First, the ₦4 million is NOT the income from cassava in one year. Obviously, you can't make up to 4 million yearly from one acre of a cassava farm. It may take up to 5-6 years to make that from an acre. The 4 million here It is the cost of acquiring one acre of farmland at the farm estate above, known as IKORE.

What investors earn is up to 80% of the farm's proceeds (yield) from their acre every harvest cycle, while still owning the land permanently. The land itself appreciates over time, which is a separate value from the farm yield.

On the idea of leasing 20 acres:
Leasing land means no ownership, no asset appreciation, higher risk, and full responsibility for farming operations, labour, security, and market volatility. We are not leasing land here. We are selling farmland and helping our subscribers farm and manage the farm on their behalf, and at the end of the farming season, we give them 80% of their farm yields. If they don't want the harvested cassava/processed cassava, we can also sell the cassava produce from the farm and give them the money, and the following year, we plant for them again, and at the end of the farming season, we harvest and give them their farm proceeds. This is a long-term agricultural investment for people who want to invest in farming without having to do the work themselves.
