I was playing some songs with my HOT3 this morning and all of a sudden, it just stopped producing any sound from the speaker yet the widget showed that the song was still playing on.
I suspected it was a software problem and I tried playing songs from the different mp3 and mp4 playing apps on my phone, but still no sound. It's still the same with the videos.
I tested my Ringtone and alarm tone and they work fine but I can't get the speaker to produce sounds for my mp3 and mp4 files.
I bought the phone on the 2nd of this month.
Please, what could be the problem?

switch it off and on back,if d problem persist visit the shop where u bought it..since it has a year warranty..

Did u download d 3rd one or the 4th one.....cus i downloaded the 3rd one and d data file of version 1.3.69....i sent d obb to my ext. Sd....i was asked to download data of 618mb in d game and i downloaded it

Hot 3 is a good gaming device and it carries out multitasking,d battery is powerful,i dont know why pple like condeming good things...the hot 3 2GB ram dah everyone is waiting for wll be above 30k....and most pple wunt b able to afford it.....besides am running need for speed most wanted smoothly... No single lag atall

hope u can check the picture I posted on the 20th page. you will see hot 3 got a strong battery. I sense it isn't just about the power rating, but depreciation/discharge ability; also there seems to be a good battery management in the background.

yes o, had to go for 1gb, couldn't wait any longer. Haven't installed a serious game, until I get an heavy game before I can talk on the phone's performance with regards to speed & hanging. but every other thing about the fine is cool. no over heating yet & battery last long enough. if you can still wait for the 2gb, do, but if not, this phone is still a good catch.
can't get a game to test yet. no data to waste
