(1) You claimed you were busy, what stops you from at least picking his calls (if you don't have time to reply message) and tell him you are busy or can't attend to him again.

(2) You claimed he didn't call you back yesterday and so you didn't save his number; But you were the one that fixed the transaction at that time frame that same yesterday. When you started seeing new number calling within that time frame, a genuine, normal and responsible business man will know that this call is likely to be the appointment I have with someone today, and will pick or call back to confirm who the caller was. But your case, NO. You were busy that you didn't have just a spare 1minute to call back or pick call and tell him you are no longer interested in the transaction or you are busy, and the customer was right in front of the said venue, Haba! You are wicked guy!

Only a fool will follow this thread and still go ahead to do business with you. I rest my case.
