The solution is to create a caveat as you have done but you have to state the real profile he used in chatting with you alongside other information you garnered during the transaction, like you have posted, his real name, bank name, account number, mobile, etc. You can now emphasize that he uses other person's profile in trying to convince people to sign up for his service/part with their money.

I cannot stop him from mentioning my profile name just like you cannot stop me from mentioning your profile name to anyone. The Moderator can ban him. That is another way out.

With that, you have raised awareness about him without implicating an innocent personality. Anyone who still goes ahead to transact with him does so at the person's risk. You have done what is needful as a human being and as a good citizen of the country.

I am an empirical person, I took the pain to check through his profile and extract information, which is contrary to what he notified you. The information is posted in the attached pictures earlier. His date of registration is 202x. Mine is 2006. That tells you he gave you a false information. You should have queried yourself why was he chatting with you from his "old" profile while pointing you to his so-called new profile, for validation.

Secondly, you posted on my writeup where I advertise data, airtime, etc, that I was a scammer. For your information, I operate Triperlogy Technologies. I do not post anything other than that and those who signed up to our service knows I have never taken a kobo from any body. If you take your time to look through my post, you would see some clients complaints and their feedback after it was resolved. Moreso, someone mentioned same yesterday.

Either you believe it or not, cases of impersonation abounds and it rests on the individual to do his due diligence before any transaction. I have had several people who would tell me they are just testing the platform to see if it is genuine or otherwise. That is due diligence.

Still, I have no issue with the person(Fem....) as he did not post on Nairaland that he is KOLAD but you are the one correlating it in an open forum and this needs to be corrected.

You cannot reach me on the line as I use it for business. As such, you can only chat with me via whatsapp on it. This is to afford me have details of every communication with all my clients, in case there is need for any reference.

Alright so what should be done about this guy using your profile to scam people here do you feel comfortable with what is going on about that i know my money is gone but I am fighting for this same person not to do it again that is my main fight if someone use my profile to scam someone I don't think I will be comfortable about that
