I understand where you're coming from, and I don't claim to be perfect. You're right; none of us here are saints, and I won't pretend otherwise. But my point is not about judging people for their choices, it's about being clear on what we attribute to God and what we don't.

You're right that many people, including governments and institutions, engage in deception, and I’m not here to argue that anyone is completely blameless. However, what I’m saying is this: if you choose to lie, forge documents, or pretend to be something you're not(gay or lesbian) to gain asylum or to get ahead in life, that’s a decision you’ve made. But we should not bring God into it and claim that any success achieved through these means is by His grace.

The God I know, as portrayed in the Bible and other holy books, is pure, just, and holy. Nowhere does He endorse lying or deception to improve our circumstances. Just as we wouldn’t say a thief’s success in a robbery is "God’s blessing," we shouldn't say that a success obtained through fake documents or a false asylum claim is "by God’s grace." God gives everyone free will, and what we do with that free will is up to us. But let’s not mix human actions with divine endorsement.

It's not about whether or not I support fake asylum claims—people will make their choices based on their life situations. My only issue is dragging God into situations that are contrary to His teachings. If we make a choice to lie or manipulate for a better life, let’s own that decision, but let’s not deceive ourselves into thinking God approves or that He had a hand in it.

If someone escapes hardship through manipulation, that's their choice. But God didn’t bless the lie or falsehood; it was a human decision made to navigate a difficult system. We should acknowledge our actions for what they are, rather than trying to justify them as part of God’s plan. In the end, attributing success that’s built on deception to God diminishes His true nature—one that’s based on truth, justice, and purity.

Hey,
One important thing to keep in mind is that the details in the new application must match the previous one, so you need details the previous agent used. e.g agent said you are a director in ABC company, in new application you can’t be a clerk in XYZ. That’s misrepresentation.
Or the more popular one, agent said she’s married with a kid for home ties….you can’t be single without a child in the new application.
So it’s not just about UCI or creating new login details the information and documents need to match the old application. So she may need to follow up with the agent or request GCMS.

Good morning, So from my personal experience someone will advise on if I am right or wrong, i do not think you will have any problems applying again because some people get to change agents and use another agent who will then use his email to apply. What I think is most important is that you know your UCI number because you will need to quote that in your next application so the officer can see your visa application history and why you were refused. The problem is that the agents often do not give you the UCI number, so the person has to go back to that particular agent for reapplication. Never reapply without your UCI number, you cannot have two. I hope this helps, if anybody has anything to add they would. Thanks

i need advice about what to do as my biometrics page is saying "finger not captured" i don't really know why but i need help in what exactly i should do and someone told me that i should have received an email by now like the one confirming that I've done my biometrics etc and that everybody do receive such mails, is it true? Cos since I've been asked to do biometrics on the 8th of August, nothing is sent

You can order the gcms note urself if you know ur UCI number.

This is actually for gcms notes via CBSA

- Go to Google, search ATIP
- Pick the first option from the list of results
- when the page opens, click on next
- click/mark the privacy box and click continue
- on the next page, select Canada Border Services Agency from the drop-down
- from the next drop-down, select foreign national outside of Canada
- fill out your required information in the boxes below
(Use your Nigerian address and phone number pls)
- Pick yes to the question about requesting information on your behalf if so
- pick member of the public for the category that best describes you
- Pick electronic copy for how you prefer to receive your notes/records
- click continue
- on the next page, pick privacy act on the 1st drop-down
- select English in the next drop-down
- select case files for the type of records
- fill out all necessary information below(for UCI number, use the format XX-XXXX-XXXX)
- in the comment box write a short intro and your request. Eg:
Hello/Hi
My name is SURNAME, First Second. I have applied for a visit visa, my UCI is ...... and my application number is ......, DOB. I would like to have the notes for my file
- then click continue
- also click continue on the next page(you don't fill anything here)
- you are taken to the final page where you review or edit your info
- check the I certify box and click continue
- you should receive a confirmation email from CBSA

Hello, i was guided here on how to get the GCMS note and i was not charged for it , but I only submitted it yesterday and i have gotten the confirmation email, i guess i would have to wait and see if it went through. But no i was not charged

In that case, u would definitely be paying the transmission fee and if u would be needing d courier service,u would definitely pay for that too.

My spouse enrolled in a 2 year Diploma course and end of this month will be a year since our separation.

From what I hear now, you must be have been separated from your College spouse at least a year before IRCC can positively consider your spousal or family visit.

I will advise those whose spouse are running a year course to only apply to attend graduation as this one year requirements has badly affected spouse looking to join students with one year course except special cases where children are involved.

Student visas and visitor visas are two distinct categories of visas. Therefore, you can apply for and submit a student visa application while your visitor visa application is still being processed and current processing time is now 5 weeks for student application

yes uk visa is easy but na you know why you want travel and it a personal decision but be aware you cannot work or change visit visa in uk ..uk too wise for all that method and you go spend your money becos you cannot work on visit visa in uk and if you over stay then it automatic ban!

sorry about that, your statement of purpose was not well written, in a way to convince the counselor that u know exactly what u will be doing in Portugal during ur stay and that u have plans for return back to Nigeria, If u appeal without rewriting a strong SOP u may still get denied, as that is the most important documents so it has to be well written,
