In 2009 I did jamb I chose oau as my uni but I failed post ume
So I went for my ond to cut the story short now in 2014 I hv upper credit 3.35 in banking and finance lagos state polytecnic and I did direct entry I chose OAU economics
During the processing I went to my uncle Proffessor Omisore of EDM "environmental design management" whom took me into the admission room and d secetary took my credentials looked @ it and commended me for having good grades. I have an upper in banking and finance OND, I have 7credits in my waec one sitting.
But he told me d@ they can't include my name because it was too late.
Now guys I hv series of questions cus time is not on my side I wud be 21 dis year.

1) I am a commercial student,which courses can I go for in OAU direct entry even if it is social sciences?

2) Is direct entry sure in OAU or I shud just write jamb again and start from scratch?

3) I really wana study economics,does this department accept ppl with upper credit into direct entry?

I advice you to start from the scratch. That is what i did. It will be easier. Just let go of pride and get a JAMB form.

e-bundle is used for the printing of result(WITHOUT passport state of origin...), for the the retrieval of your registration number etc. E-facility is for two things; 1. the printing of your original result(WITH passport, state of origin etc which MOST schools ask for during screening and registration) and 2. JAMB admission letter.
In my own opinion, I think using e-bundle to check result is useless since one will still use the e-facility.

100lgirls stay in mozambique hall,while d guys stay in angola bt d tin is, nt all students get accomodation eventually nd dere really is nothin u can do about it cos its all don by d skul authority so dere is nothin competitive bout d whole thin

Nice thread,interesting discussion but it seems,to me,to be centered around OAU pre degree students alone,thereby blocking out others...just my observation

I'm not an ex-predite.

I was not offered admission there. So I zero my mind about Uni completely. I applied to study English Language in NCE because it is productive and i love Literature and English in SSS days. I finished in 2013. A friend asked me what I want to do after NCE and i told him I want to do my degree inOAU out of 'ignorance'. He advised me not to trust DE alone. So i applied for UTME. I did nor trust myself that i could make it but he motivated me because he read the same course(English) in OAU too.


Fortunately, that's how i made it here...

















Anyways, my passion is sewing. I will still go back to Tailoring and Fashion Designing later....

I have never for once love anything pertaining to science. I also liked being a lawyer coz they are respected in the society.

In 2008 when i wanted to register for JAMB, I was advised to forget about Mass Com because it's not productive. So, i put in for law and sociology in UNILORIN. I scored 207 and 70% in UTME and POST UTME respectively.

Right from when i was in primary school, i had wanted to be a newscaster. I used to sit attentively to watch NTA news at 9. Nobody was there to advise me on choice of my career

Am i the next person?
