What we need from the IGP whether 4!/10/20 year tenure are
Police Force that can destroy the armed criminals
police Force that look decent in appearance and conduct.
Police Force that will embrace technology
Police Force that will not be collecting bribes.
Police Force that look after their personnel
Finally,IGP that can state his achievements while I. office and that can declare assets while leaving office.
We need a situation where the armed robbers will run away when police are coming not vice versa.
