Wish alone cannot make u to quit smoking only ur determination and hard work. The easiest way to quit it is by gradually cutting down on it. If u take 10 Wraps a day, reduce it to 9 wraps after 30 days (one month), 8 wraps after another 30 days, till u are left with one wrap a day in ur 10th month. Then take one wrap a day and skip the next day continuously for 30 days. Then stop smoking for one month. After the one month has reached, try to go beyond 1 month to 2,3,4,5 and 6 months.
It's easier said than done. The best way to stop addiction is by reducing or cutting down on it gradually. I wish u the best!
