pls, i'm not competing by posting this, just telling you the price isn't as high as you said. do something about it to encourage interested farmers, especially the starters in order to build up that farm settlement. this may allow you to start a farmers cooperative society amongst new investors in agrobusiness in that settlement and have access to government funds in order to improve quality and boost productivity in farm output.
