Last time I went to the hospital for routine checks, my blood pressure was up beyond normal level.

I took to the field doing brisk walking thrice weekly for 3 weeks.I was able to achieve 10,000 steps on each walks which takes a little over 1hr 30mins.

The next time I took my reading, I was impressed with the results.

My Doctor told me a man should not be fat...My goal is to cut down weight so that my body mass index will be at a healthy range.

Football and sports generally is a short span carreer...Only a few can maintain consistency at the highest level.It requires high level of discipline and focus.

Thats why legends like Messi,Ronaldo,LeBron,Roque Santa's Cruz,Lewis Hamilton never ceases to amaze me playing almost into their forties and still holding it down.

Those guys are on another level.

Things are really happening, sometimes I wonder the kind of risk some women take visiting a stranger they barely know.

Okay, Google says he died near Cocles, a beach in Limon, Costa Rica. Police said he was caught by a high current in the water and was discovered Sunday afternoon.

Very tragic. I wonder if he was in a boat or something because he wouldn't have swum that far.

Or maybe he did. More details will give us a clearer insight on what happened.

Or maybe where he was at the shallow end of the beach collapsed under him leaving him vulnerable for current to drown him.

Locally welded doors are very good, they could be considerably cheaper than the imported types. Local doors could also be made to be specially tough, depending on what the user has in mind in terms of security. The only drawback with locally made doors is the lack of finishing quality, especially when placed side by side with imported iron doors.

When I was building my house I initially installed a locally made metal door as the front door,.

The door was double plated with saw dust between the plates. Even though it was rugged and strong, I still had reservations about the finishing.

And it made a squeaky noise upon opening and closing which I found irritating.

I had to change it to foreign copper cast down that was aesthetically pleasing and still serve the purpose of Security.

They don't die easily. I hate wall geckos with passion. Each time I sights it I will be rushing to kill it, they like pooing everywhere, even in my kitchen. Which insecticide works well

There's one insecticide called Goodnight....Very effective .

Geckos are territorial and sneaky,she didn't strike it well to kill it.They are usually very fast and it must have evaded her.

Nothing to worry about.Just get a potent insecticide to eliminate it.

What I hate most about them is their poo.

Flying across vast body of water from Australia to Africa can be scary.

Australia is in the far side of the world.
