Nice compilation Naptu...you really had a swell childhood.

There's this show I used to watch then in the 80s,it portrayed two swords men like musketeers, one was on black costumes and signified evil while the other was on white costumes signifying good.
They had the ability to appear and dissappear in a whiff of smoke.

In all their encounters the good swords man always wins.

Can you remember the show?

If you watch Body Bizarre on TLC,you will see people who are disfigured beyond human comprehension. Some as a result of gene mutation, diseases or tragic accidents.

One can't help but appreciate being in a state of good health.

A 9 year girl is old enough to open the car and get out if she's uncomfortable.
My 9 year old daughter knows how to open/unlock my car.. infact, she has her own keys to the house and would just open and enter anytime she comes back from school and no one is at home.

I want to understand something. What of those weight-lifters that do carry weight in sports. Why have their spinal cord hasn't broken or injured?

Those guys do a lot of training which makes their body conditioned for it.

One can't just wake up and lift 200kg without proper training.

I saw the video this morning and I was wondering why a full grown man with brains will think he can keep 200kg on his head.This is something he hasn't practiced before.

He isn't a wrestler or a professional strongman yet wants to lift a load of 200kg,isn't that nonsensical?

Last time I went to the hospital for routine checks, my blood pressure was up beyond normal level.

I took to the field doing brisk walking thrice weekly for 3 weeks.I was able to achieve 10,000 steps on each walks which takes a little over 1hr 30mins.
