I don't know what is wrong with me for the past two years, before I used to do well, when I have money I used to help people in need, family,friends and people online and offline but since 2023 just like that I don't know why or how I lost everything gradually gradually till I have nothing anymore and finding it very hard to come up.

I cannot feed myself anymore.
I have not bought a single wears,shoes or even singlet and boxer over two years now.
