Thank you so much for wishing me luck. I was told and i also read from the requirements that if you are above 17 u do not need a sponsor letter. Anyway i put everything in the hand of the Almighty God and i know he will grant me my desires.

Is it a must you book accomodation before applying for your visa? I paid £2250 deposit of my tuition fee. I always have the balance and maintenance  in my account which was deposited by meself,do i still need a sponsor letter and source of fund? I have already submitted and these are the docs i submitted.

Thank you so much for your response and advise. I didn't lie on my present application, i told them have applied before and i was refused because i didn't meet the requirements. I pray to God to make everything okay and i know he will answer my prayers, in Jesus name (Amen)

I have alot of questions to ask you.

1. I applied to visit at the BHC in 2006 with the old passport which will expire march 2011, but i was refused because the invitation letter i used was not genuine. On my refusal note it says, the invitation letters i submitted has bin used ova 7 times by some other pple with different addresses and fone numbers to apply for visa and they called the number i gave but the person could not identify me and i told them i was in 300 level in the university here,that i just want to go for holidays and come back.

2, I applied to study in a senior college in Dublin (ireland) and i was admitted. i paid all required fees nd i arranged an accommodation as well. So i decided to apply for visa with the new E-passport even wen the old one is not expired yet and i went ahead and applied ,but still i was refused because i dint meet up with the requirements.

3, Now am applying to study in a university in U.K but i was told i will have to go through college since the credentials i have is only SSCE den i applied to the college. I paid half of my tuition fee as deposit and i got my CAS statement. What i now did was i went to the immigration office to cancel my old passport so BHC will know its no more valid and i now attached it to the new one . After paying deposit,i have the balance of my tution fees which is £2250+5400 maintenance(college is outside london) held up in my account for 28days. Before i applied i have ova 600k extra in the account.

4, I have applied for my Visa 2 days back and i got a text msg from the VFS that my applicatiosn has bin dispatched to BHC for processing , these are the documents i submitted:

a,my filled application form
b,Printed copy of my CAS statement
c, Neco Certificate ( Credentials written on my CAS statement)
d, 6 months Bank statement and letter from the Bank
e,Int' Passport and passport fotogragh.

I just want to know if my previous record with BHC will not affect my present application, Please i really want your opinion on this.

Since you have notification of result and transcript and it will be what will be written on your CAS statement. Then u are good to go.

I got a text for the submission centre that my application has been dispatched to the BHC so am still waiting to get my Visa. Please pray for me becos i have been refused twice by u.k and ireland,i pray my previous records wont affect this present applictaion. I wish you good luck as well. Please do not make any mistakes,

I dont fink they will be any problem den. Since your NECO result was not considered wen issuing you CAS. I hope your Degree Certificate is not missing as well? If you still have it then you are good to go. Just make sure you fill your form correctly and do not make any mistakes. Put your trust in God becos he is the only one that can do it. I don't fink it will be a problem, the most important thing is that you have the amount required in the account. All they want you to do is show you have the amount. That is why they said you can put the money in lump sum. You working in a financial institute and you using anoda banks statement doesn't matter at all,the most important tin is that the account is in your name and you are the sole signatory that means you have direct access to the cash. Please make sure you leave the money in your account for 28 days before you apply. Wish u best of luck, Are you apply as an undergraduate or postgraduate?

See what i fink you should do. Send the school an email informing them of the missing docs and also plead with dem to send you a scanned copy of the docs that will be listed on the CAS statement if its possible. So you can at least show the embassy that used an authentic credentials to apply for admission. Then you can have a sworn affidavit to back it up,so embassy will know the docs really missed,

Since the money is in your personal account and you are above 17,you do not need a letter and you don't have to show them your source of income. That is why you can deposit a lump sum of money in your account at a time. So u don't have to show all that becos the embassy knows someone will be responsible for you that.
You can only tell them your source of income if you fill on your form that you are working presently,you will have to submit your payslips and a well balance statement of account which will correspond wif your monthly income.
If you are not working presently this is what i know you shud submit with you application forms are :Your CAS statement,all document you used in getting your admission that is listed on ur CAS statement (offer letter),your international passport, statement of account, Passport fotogragh and any other doc u wish to add. please go through their requirements again so u won't be making any mistakes.

Sorry about your missing document. What i will advice you to do is go to the Police station and let them know your school certificates are missing so they could give you a Police report. Then take the police report to the NECO office and tell them you certificate is missing. I fink if they see the Police report they should be able to issue with another one.
  As for your CAS statement you are still expecting, If you are resuming school this next yr Jan/sept 2011 you can still wait for the hard copy but if you are resuming this Sept 2010 ,what you should do is call or email your school in U.K and tell them to scan a copy of the CAS statement and send it to your email then you can print it out and use it to apply for you visa. What the Embassy really wants to see is the Sponsors License number and your CAS number,just make sure you have the print out if the Hard copy is not ready. You do not need a sponsor letter from your Dad if you are above 17. I wish you Good Luck.
