5 Simple Steps

Step 1 - Sync your iPhone to iTunes;

Step 2 - Open Windows Device Manager by typing Device Manager into your search bar.

Step 3 - Right-click on Bluetooth and select Update Driver Software.

Step 4 - Choose Browse my computer for driver software; then, select your phone. Scroll down until you see a Bluetooth listing, which will read Microsoft Bluetooth Device. (Note: If you can't find it, try right-clicking again).

Step 5 - Hit Next and follow any additional prompts that may pop up. Then wait for Windows to install any missing files before continuing! Once completed, you should be able to connect to your device via Bluetooth.

Once connected, make sure both devices are set to discoverable mode so they can locate each other.

To do so, go back into your settings menu and look under Devices > Bluetooth > Make Discoverable. From there, make sure both devices are set to discoverable mode.
