In as much as Banix is yet to come out to either defend himself/herself, it is pertinent for Nairaland as a platform for deals like this to figure out a way to get ride of dubious dealers of any kinda goods and services on it webpage. A proper example to emulate is EBay, lets buyers and sellers alike comment on their experience with themselves, before listing a car for example efforts should be made to make sure the seller inform potential buyers of the EXACT nature of the item to be sold.

Bad sellers or buyers should also be blacklisted on the website, while also assisting the 'duped' buyer in getting his or her funds back. In this case buyers could be mandated to have accounts with specific banks or a Nigeria 'paypal'.

And for God's sake where is BANIX? cos i know he has been active on this webpage in the last couple of hours.
