Hello Engineers in the house, my iPhone 6s suddenly stopped charging after getting to 96%, tried another charger and cable showed the charging signal then screen freezes. Did a hard restart and suddenly batter level increased and decreased again.
Once charger is plugged in now it shows the low battery with the plug cable icon. Please what's the solution to this?

Like you earlier said you didn't use a whatsapp phone through out your conversation so there's no traceable backup.
Since you sent an sms indicating your address, get another phone to snap or (screenshot if it was on a bigger phone) that sms showing the address detail, the reciever and time message was sent down here.
