Enugu is a beautiful city with obvious cultural and natural heritage. I once lived there. The intended sites have potential to make Nigeria's tentative list. UNESCO world heritage sites are of great economic significance and Nigeria is so blessed that it should be a major global tourism hub.

That's a big addition. This may look unreasonable to those outside Nigeria because they may never understand the importance of hourly pay. Here in Austria students are allowed to work 20hrs. Kudos to Canada.

France you can get schools for international students as low as 235 euros per year, and they are english taught. You can also get 20hrs work time as a student per week, but you can't come with dependents as a student initially. Have to wait for like 2 years.

Austria, wanna ask, Are the courses English taught? are the jobs in English?

Some courses are taught in English and some jobs require little knowledge of German or English

You don't need that money if you've first class. Just apply to some schools in usa for PhD and masters and you'll get full funding.

This is the best Advice. Keep your money and look for fully funded PhD scholarship. Person wey get N20m no suppose deh look for scholarship.

Check Universität Innsbruck or other universities. I don't know about HND just check for schools in Austria and email any One doing your course

Bro the only thing that cost money in traveling is just flight fee. N18 million wil cover flight, school fees, apartment and all the legalistion and verification including visa fee.

The only sad thing is that you are not using student route. Austria cannot and will never deny any student visa suffice u have done all the verifications legalization. If you truly wants to leave Nigeria without stress, the best option is student visa. If I were you, I will look for school that will give me certificate and transcript highest N500k. Hehehe...am just saying o. But do what is ought to be done to get to where you like

I don't know about Australia.
Austria is the best route for student and you are allowed to move with your dependant. School fees is just €720 per semester and you only have 2 semester each year.

If school fees is that cheap, don't you think N18m will be enough for you to relocate?

I move here along with my wife and son and we have been happier since.

The only challenge here is the German language but don't forget that we have Nigerians in China and Russia where you cant even understand their alphabets.

In Austria students are allowed to work 20hrs a week while their dependant can work 40hrs a week. Minimum salary is €2,300 to €1,700 for full time partime is €750 to €1,100 depends on the establishmentand experience. Some IT people earn €3600- €5000.

Food is very cheap. You cannot be living in Europe and be hungry except you dont save. There are African stores where you can buy Nigeria stuffs like foods, cosmetics and other groceries.

Here government pay children (be it nigeria or any country) from €250- 1000 depends on the age.

Another thing that can take time is legalizing and verification of documents. Mind you, if you have Austria residence permit card, you are free to enter 25 european countries using train or bus. I have visited Germany and planning to visit Italy, France and Switzerland before 2025.

Everything no be Canada, UK and USA (their school fees alone are over $10k)

Austria is your best choice for The both of you.
