i have some questions that needs immediate attention, pls forgive my ignorance i just want to get a holistic view of business

1.why must the total amount of bets be under 20% of total account balance?

2. assuming i have 500 in my nairabet acct can i use 100 to play all 8 matches or do i have to play each individual match with 100?

3. is there a way that each scoreline can bet accumulated in a single slip such that if any one clicks i would win still using my 100 rather than when one fails ,the whole slip fails.
