HOW LONG (HOURS) DOES THE BATTERY LAST?

This is a frequently asked question we receive on daily basis from prospective customers and we would like to answer this squarely to help your understanding:

You must give your laptop battery some attention from time to time if you want to get the most from it. A lithium ion battery needs to be calibrated at least once every three months by letting the battery completely drain and then charged until it is full. Did you know that all laptop batteries are built to handle a certain number of charge cycles, usually somewhere around 500 full cycles — and sometimes even more and after reaching its charge cycles it dies? Essentially, a charge cycle equals one full discharge down to zero percent and then a recharge back up to 100 percent. A discharge down to 50 percent and then back to 100 percent would equal half a cycle. Over time, each charge cycle decreases a battery's capacity from its design specifications, meaning that the fewer times you drain it, the longer the battery last — all other things being equal.

How long a battery takes you is dependent on the user activities such as the level of your screen brightness, whether or not the backlit keyboard is turned on, the programs running maybe heavy workload, watching a movie or just surfing the internet.

We don't know how long it will last because we don't sit down in front of the computer to calculate this. Take for example we received lots of laptop from overseas say a total of 1000 units is received. Where is the time to check timing manually?

But the good news is that we have a mechanism in place that duly checked the system working condition (all components including screen pixel, HDD, RAM, Keyboard, etc) and lifespan of the battery then tell us what the health condition of the battery cell: Strong, Weak or Bad with 99% accuracy and also provide warranty if there be any issues with the product in the future.

We understand the importance of having a strong battery life due to the epileptic power situation in the nation and that's the beauty of having a mobile computer (laptop). So, be rest assured that we shall provide good batteries in the laptops that we sale and can give you a rough estimate of the timing (based on the generation of the laptop and battery health percentage).
