From 2007 till 2023, so many north East and North West governors won elections due to Buhar’s influence, not really because they were popular..

In Tinubu’s case, it’s totally different. More than half of governors that defected to APC have cases with EFCC. Why would Bola Tinubu rely on Govonors to win elections?
