Obasanjo made Yar’Adua President, just as the same Obasanjo made Shehu Shagari the President in 1979. Tinubu made Buhari President in 2015. No time has Northerners made themselves President. |

gidgiddy: You want to leave Nigeria when you already have Nigeria
But an Igbo man cannot have a seperate country because he is found in all parts of Nigeria?
The hypocrisy is incredible You are going nowhere. If you find land beside Mexico or Columbia, then you can move your people there, Nigeria’s borders are opened. You can all move there and expand your drugs trafficking business, but here in West Africa, there will never ever be an independent drugs trafficking nation |

Politics › Re: Tinubu Is PDP’s Problem – Sowunmi by RichBoy247: 8:52pm On Nov 21, 2024 |
Kelklein: And that is an anomaly..
PDP is supposed to be Tinubu’s problem..
But that Party is dead.. or maybe not dead but run by some self-serving old geriatrics who either can no longer see beyond their legs or just been deliberately planted to cause destabilisation by the ruling people.
Let me tell you what an APC would have done by now if they were the ones in opposition.. They would have snatched some of the dissenting guys like Aregbesola, that white guy that just left the presidential media team, and many others, they would have resisted the government-imposed hardships on Nigerians to a standstill, they won't give the unpopular government of the day a second of breathing space, that is how to be an opposition..
Not when you leave the people to be punished by the government and expect that by some miracle on the next election, the people would vote against the Tpain government and you could claim victory. It doesn't work that way.
If they don't put their acts together, it would be another easy coast home to victory for the APC in 2027, well supported by all those institutions they have captured starting with INEC. PDP failed as as the ruling party and as opposition. That is why we are where we are today. If it were Tinubu in opposition and Petrol is selling for 1,000 Naira, Tinubu would have rallied all Nigerians together to fight the government to a standstill, even our dead parents, Tinubu will wake them. I am a BATist, not just a follower, but a Disciple of the god of Politics and Strategy, but for Petroleum to sell at 1,000 Naira, Tinubu will make sure nobody sleeps in the country until the government reverses itself. However, what is PDP doing, even when Nigerians themselves came out to protest, PDP was fighting itself at the market square. After few days of protests, Baba JAGABAN, Akanni Omo Olowoode, Omo Abibatu Mogaji came out to say “No Going Back”, he said he go gree for about 250 million Nigerian |

gidgiddy: I remember years ago when people were screaming all over the Internet that IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu should be arrested. That his arrest will do a lot of good
Nnamdi Kanu has been in detention for over three years, he is more popular amongst his people than ever, and things are much worse than before he was detained. So what was the point?
The self styled 'Prime Minister' of the Biafran government, Simon Ekpa has reportedly been arrested. Good for him that it was in a serious country like Finland with rule of law, unlike Nigeria. He will get his day in court where he is certain to get a fair hearing, and the courts will decide his fate
But what surprises me about all this is that those who hail Ekpa's arrest failed to learn from Nnamdi Kanu's arrest. The arrest will solve nothing. Taking out the leader of a movement, is not same as taking out the movement its self.
To take out the movement, you have to address the underlying issues that brought about the movement. Otherwise, all you are doing is effecting leadership change while the issue remains the same, if not made worse. Continue crying. I thought you all said he is beyond reach. Now the Jagaban has proven that where his hand cannot reach, he go use rope climb am. You can continue killing your brothers in Igbo land in the name of fighting for Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa, if you carry the madness reach Yoruba land, we will be happy to sacrifice you to Ogun, Sango and Esu Odara, then our Yahoo boys will have ingredients for rituals. I know you won’t try your madness in Hausa land, those ones dey quick slaughter any stubborn living thing |
