You obviously don't know how the court works. The burden to proof a case is totally on the prosecution and once they fail, the defence have nothing to do. It is even better to close their case early so as not to give the prosecution strength. Edo PDP failed to provide their case and hoped on APC to help them by making mistakes.

How would I know court proceedings or how its works when the ONLY Apc witness turns the court room to comedy house after he affirmed over voting as if his village people followed him to court!

APC closed the case because of another embarrassment that may occured as they promised to bring over 10 witnesses to court to defend themselves but were embarrassed with what the first witness said in court by saying the truth!
