List is out since yesterday anyone who submitted in July that has gotten a decision

Pls I saw this in the vfs Ireland site, please what does it mean? Pls can anyone clarify?

The news is truth,I think is apply to all vfs in different Africa countries that submit to Abuja , they should pls use this opportunity to fasten the application at hand

I think no new application will be allowed ,and no collection of passport but I think the issue Visa to the document that is already submitted

It is vfs center that is closed,no submission or biometrics not the Ireland embassy themselves
