Sadism is very common in Nigeria secondary school. I attended Unity School, my class mistress would tell us to touch our toe, and then she would flog our spinal cord wit so much hatred in her aggression. They used to call her "Wicked Agric Mistress" Maturity is a good thing, teachers should be tested psychologically before being allowed into the classroom. They should be made to undergo monthly disciplinary program and a reminder that they are moulder of young minds and not dictators.
