Look for news of killings in the East or any other part of the country and post! You have eyes and fingers, stop waiting to be spoon-fed all the time with that sick sense of entitlement! You are part of those that would rather hide information just to look good meanwhile immeasurable loss and decay keeps taking place until it all comes down like a pack of cards! You aren't even remotely bothered about those who had their lives snuffed out and those dealing with varying forms of injury just because they went to farm, na tribe be your problem! God forbid!

Seven farmers have reportedly killed while many others were injured by armed bandits in moshegu local Government Area of Niger state.

The late formers were said to have ambushed by bandits right on their farm while trying to covey their harvested food products to their home in Bobban Rami village Thursday evening.

Our correspondent gathered that as the farmers, thier wives and children were returning home after harvest, the bandits pump guns at them at closed range and left seven of them dead instantly while some others escaped with wounds.

This is the first attack by bandits on the village.

As at the time of going to press, the villages who are predominantly farmers are said to have fled the community in the area for fear of being attack by the bandits.

It was also gethered that bandits had a free day to themselves to carry the harvested produce from the farm out to thier homes.

Beside carting away the farm produce, the bandits were said to have ransacked some nearby villages and carted away valuables from thier homes.

One of the female attacked by the bandits told our correspondent that her husband had been killed and ask government to come to her aid.

Sobbing, the widow said ," my husband , Ibrahim has been murdered in cold blood leaving behind me and many children behind to Carter for and I don't know how i can cope with the present situation.

" I learnt all our harvested food stuff we were trying to take to the market for sale have also been stolen.

We cannot even go back home now for fear of being attack ", she said uncontrollable on phone.

She called on the government and individuals to come to thier aid.

The state police public Relation officier ,ASP Wasiu Abiodun could not be reached on phone for comment.

However, the secretary to Niger state Government Ahmed Ibrahim matane in a telephone interview with Journalist confirm the incident adding that the state government is on top of the matter.
