Yes you can learn but you must understand that forex trading is one of the most demanding business mentally.
It takes time to get a hang of it.
My advise is 3 folds.

(I) If you wanna learn forex,you should have another income machine so you get detached from the money while learning the ropes of the game and still paying yr bills

(Ii) you can subscribe to a reliable and tested signal service to do the abstraction for you.That way,you don't have to worry about the technicalities but you would have no idea what's under the hood.
