The question now is, does he have anything that'd implicate him in his phone or is it just the supposed evidences he has that's making him jittery? If it's the supposed evidences couldn't he have saved them in so many other places, like laptop, disc, etc other than just his phone alone that he moves with?

I still insist that I have done nothing wrong — I can agree I might have made an unintentional mistake in the first account and rightfully so, I immediately tried to reach out to them but I got no response. The next thing I got was a ban claiming I copied someone's work. I assumed it was copyright and that was why I wrote them but I checked the keywords and found nothing incriminating. I believe I might done something wrong as this was my first time having issues with them but they didn't bother explaining anything.

Second account? Yes, I was advised to go the other route but all of my details were correct anyways... Third account? I kept it real with them but it still got terminated. Amazon is targeting Nigerians, I hate what our people are doing, but does that mean taking away the good guy's source of livelihood? I still know people gaming the system and then are still making thousands of dollars each month — matter of fact, I know someone with over 10 accounts.

Why are the ones who are trying to be transparent the most affected? Amazon is the most toxic company ever, hopefully, their monopoly comes to an end one day.

Their T & C is so fluid that anything can happen. Sometimes they ban accounts and when you ask for the reason, they won't be able to pin it on any infrigement on their T & C. I agree there are bad actors in these game, but some innocent folks have taken stray bullets.

They can't ban accounts without discovering something off, I've said this before. There's always something, whether minute or not. The problem is the slightest thing they discover, even if it can be solved, automatic ban as far as you are a Nigerian, same as Indians. Their eyes are open wide on Nigerians now unlike before.

Why would they not, when our people dey mess up.

Honestly, if it was me I'd do same. I can't watch some country that's high on fraudulent ways to come ruin my business I took years plus huge money to build. Let's be realistic and stop being sentimental. Amazon is a big brand.

I didn't learn through any mentor. Some mentors sef no sabi. They are just after the money they'll charge you. All u need to know and learn about kdp is on the Amazon kdp website and on the internet

They don't usually target old accounts but new accounts. Back then, from my research, even if you make an unintentional mistake, they would tell what that was, and unban the account but today, they don't even care. They don't even bother to respond. I only had a one account even though I was advised to open multiple accounts yet they never considered the fact that I have never broken the rules or had any issues with them.

Even the last account they banned, had accurate and complete details yet they unjustly terminated the account and refused to respond to my mails.

I want to still insist that for them to ban your account there's something off about your account or published books. Amazon doesn't ban accounts indiscriminately. I disagree with you. Go take time to read their terms and conditions, though long, you would find your mistake by yourself.

However, if you used a foreign number to open account when you are in Nigeria, that is also illegal and they reserve the right to ban such accounts if they discover, as they no longer accept Nigerians. But would you blame them? No!!

Amazon kdp that we were publishing our books in peace some Nigerians came with their usual fraudulent ways to fast track sales of their books. Giving misleading titles completely different from the content, using forbidden words just to attract buyers, plus many other nefarious actions. Buyers report them to Amazon, what do you now expect? A smile at Nigerians?

If na you get the company wouldn't u do same to protect a brand you spent billions to build?

I have been on YouTube since I was a kid, I would upload videos, my songs, for fun but if I eventually decide to do YouTube full-time today and they start banning Nigerian; someone would come here to tell me it's because I'm a scammer.

Time to go back to working in a factory for half the minimum wage? I hope not . I really wish I still had enough time. Too many failures in my life. Even God knows I gave my best, none of these failures were the result of laziness—that's something I have never been. I leave everything to God and remain totally emotionally detached.
