That is not necessary for now, get the job first. though it's between the range of 120-135 depends on the institution.

I met one on one with two Prof. at AAua yesterday though decision may changed later.

they are planning to invite everyone who scored 40 and above for interview because the test does not reflect knowledge in individual discipline , but the problem they are having is some of their anointed candidates scored below 40.

The recruitment is not affected by any factors mentioned above. The decision makers in Aaua are meeting regularly, the main problem is that they don't want to recruit much as they intend to do before because of lack of funds. All HODs and head of units are to submit only compulsory and vacant position in their dept and units to the management. Hopefully they will invite us for interview soon.

I think the cut off will be based on the position applied for. because if everybody that applied for a position scored below 30. I don't think they will call for another round of applications.

is not possible for all applicants for a particular position to score below 40%

From a reliable source, I heard all those who score 40% and above will be invited for interview. both academics and non academics
