STENON: Good evening to you all. After paying full tuition fees, 11,385 pounds is the required amount on my CAS and I have deposited 6million for 28 days. The money was deposited on 13th of November, please when is the best date to print out the bank statement ? Won't there be any issue if no money enters or leave the account for this period as I don't have any kobo to add to that account .Thank you Print your statement after the 28days to be on the safer side. Money can go either ways but the ballnace at any point in time during the said period should not be less than you required maintenance fee. |

justwise: Just in case you still don't get where i'm coming from..dude start telling the truth in your visa application, but just in case you are still romancing the idea of maintaining the old lies then be consistent and hopefully shit will not hit fan in future.
Telling the truth does not necessarily mean that you will get a visa in this particular case but its a starting point of having a clean record. Thank you. |

justwise: If they don't share info what will you do? Will you take your agent's advice? No regarding the denial. I will tell the truth about the denial since i dont have any criminal case with them. But what abt my status? Since i have married with US profile and am not married in this case. Pls what is safe for me? |

Rotimi89: An agent once also packaged a US application for me for a confrence which i was denied. My status in the US application profile was married( though he got a wedding certificate for me from court registry) and am actually single. He also lied that i have travel history to some africa countries and got the fake visa on my passport which i did not (though in the US application profile) So fast farward. Before i started my UK masters application, someone adviced me to declare my passport missing and get a new one because of the fake visas on it to make it clean for UK application since they verify which i did and i have it now.
I have an offer and abt to apply for my tier 4 visa. Another agent then told me to deny any question relating to denial of the US, that it may delay my Tier 4 visa application. He also said i should use my original status now in this application claiming that US and UK dont share informations on those kinna stuffs but only serious criminal crimes are shared. Please my question now is: 1. Would a denial of US in any way affect my UK application? 2. Should i actually deny been denied a US visa and claim my original status(single) now? 3. Or i should just declear the truth abt been denied a US visa before and claim being married since i actually have a registry wedding certificate or claim single?
Please young guys also learn from my mistakes and Never be too despirate to travel and fall in the hands of all this quarks agents that mislead pple all in the name of traveling. Thanks guys as i read your comments Please can anyone help on this? Please and confused badly and disturbed |

justwise: Let me ask you this..as a responsible grown up adult what do you think you should do? Honestly i dont want to lie about the denial but am also scared if it might affect my application. Also i dont know how far its true if dey truely dont share informations as such relating to status. Please dont judge my past as i know have made some crucial mistakes. I only need guidance now please What should i do? |
