They might want to use it to blackmail their victims asking them to pay some money, else they send their nudes to the public. I doubt the management of that apartment knows about it, it might be a saboteur staff. The management can't be foolish enough to put a camera in a tissue box and place it somewhere their customers could access it, rather they will conceal it somewhere more discreet like the ceiling, pop or wall of the bathroom.

It might even be a customer who is trying to blackmail the other partner he/she came with, might have left it there because he/she had to leave before victim, he/she was unable to pick up the camera in the presence of the intending victim.

Being jobless for months is pushing me into frustration, I have lost almost all the regards people had for me due to inability to pay bills and always seeking for little help. I can do any office related task, I am very good with sales as I have done cashier before. I have experience in bar man, cook, administrative assistant, store keeping, and I am very good at video editing... I have some tech related skills too.
