it shows the preloader vcom port but d problem is that the page keeps on coming on and off each time it beeps the disconnection and connection sound

please,I know ignorance is not an excuse for violating the law. This ROM's link was given to me by a from a guy who didn't tell me it wasn't our main gionee ROM. please ,if there is a way to help me please ,I'll be grateful

Good morning good people, I mistakenly deleted my gionee m3mini this morning. So please anyone with a twrp backup of his/her m3mini should please help a brother that made a stupid mistake. By the way, leave xposed installer zip file alone o. My phone refused to boot 4 almost an hour because I flashed in xposed installer zip. So please I need a stock ROM of gionee m3mini. Thank u so much.
