SUE INEC instead for damages for failing to midwife a credible electoral process. It is far easier to sue INEC for special damages which includes money spent on the campaign and win. Most of the time the corrupt politicians save INEC. If you recall Akpabio was never able to save the Prof that rigged him in from indictment.
