Have you ever heard a Northerner talking like this against the southerner?
Look at the mirror with this your comment, are you not sounding like a terrorist you claim to detest? he just said the honest truth..........the core north have been manipulating and in in control of the army over years...... infact hausa seem to be the official language of the army at a point.. |

dalongjnr: Good one. Congratulations to them. The posting is in order, mostly that of major general G.M Mutkut. He was the GOC 8 division, who helped in stabilising the northwest operations as the commander, operation hadarin daji. As the GOC 8 division, under his command, high profile bandits were neutralised, kidnapping of school children averted. Prior to his appointment as GOC many schools were closed down in zamfara, sokoto, katsina due to insecurity, farmers were able to go back to the farmland as he provides them with security men who guide them and their farmland, hence improving national food security. Prior to his appointment as the GOC, he was the director of operations army headquarters and also the commander, sector 3 multinational joint tax force in maiduguri and was also the commander amphibian brigade lakechad basin(at the peak of bokoharam activities in lakechad) and at onetime the chief of staff to the force commander multinational joint taxforce, which during his reign, thousands of bokoharam members were neutralised. He played a critical role in the current peace been enjoyed in the north east today. With the resurgence of bokoharam activities in northeast and the greater lakechad basin, which is a familiar area of operation to him,I'm sure that he's going to turn the tides against the terrorist in the northeast region. He's the recipient of national award of OFR and various awards in theatre of operations. yet we are still searching for chibok girls......bandicts and boko haram are still florishing in the same NE......they play |

The weyrey that left house and used 2k transport to come to s venue to collect 5k..is that one a normal person? This is a circus media trial and just simply demonstrates Govt inability to accept responsibility. If the economy is fine..who in his right senses would wake up at 4am to go collect rice and 5k? You bastardized the economy and pauperized the citizenry.. now that a group of people decided to make life better..and things went south .the next thing is to throw them under the bus? This act will only make others shun such charitable gestures in the future.. i so much love this your comment.they will never go for the root cause of the problem |

zero8zero: Akwa-ibom, Cross river, Rivers are referred to as the oil rivers protectorates by the British colonialists. These communities are where majority of palm oil revenues used for the development of eastern region came from. The narrative that palm oil from Abia was used to build PH port was a false and misleading story. Where does that even come from?. The old Western region as well was a large oil producing region made up of Delta, Edo and Ondo i understand your pains but yo go explain tire with no evidence |

essentialone1: This is the identity crises often faced by most people whose town or villages fall on geographical borders. They try to swing into any of the divides when it suits their narratives and ambitions. The list is endless.
The LP candidate in the last governor election of Edo State is an example. During his legal career, he played on as a Yoruba using only a Yoruba name. When it was time to contest as Governor of Edo State, he suddenly added and emphasised that his name is also Osaigbovo and started wearing mostly Bini attire. I was laughing then. Now that he lost, go and check when last he used that name or wore that attire.
I know Egbema and Ndoni well. Egbema people being at the border point between 3 states of Rivers, Imo and Anambra towards the coastal end of Ogbaru, lay claims to the 3 states when it suits them. Another example is the people of Uli, Mgbidi, Amorka.
Example is the Kalabari people of Rivers State. On land, they share boundaries with Rivers State and it's people. On the oil-rich swampy mangroves, they share boundaries with the Ijaw and Izon speaking people of Bayelsa state.
The list is endless as I said. Anyway, we are all one people. Na government or language or rivers, naim dey create all these boundaries. ADD ndoki in Abia/Akwa ibom and rivers states.....ANDONI in RIVERS and Akwa ibom......same in oyigbo.....same in KOGI/ENUGU state..akpaya areas.....same in obollo afor ENUGU state/BENUE.....the list is endless...............................what FG can not do does not exist |
