Good day, naira landers I just wake up from an attack now now, have been experiencing this for months now some times when I sleep I feel hands trying to touch me u begin to struggle I do shout Jesus but is not loud all of a sudden I woke up frighten today own is worst I was feeling many hands waking me up as if am dead I struggle to wake then a hand started scratching my head I began to snout 'my head ooo' instead of Jesus as usual which take a very long time for me to wake up. is anybody also experiencing this I nerd help o

Omo relax nor be demon, this shit happens it's called sleep paralysis, watch the time you sleep and the position you sleep in try to be conscious about it.
