@lexus430 between period of resubmission till date we have only observed one bank holiday excluding weekends.On d link on gov.UK it says open since d 11th of May..

Please house someone should help me out now,ehn. Me I need to see my husband too oh.pls!pls!pls!has anyone gone through an administrative review,I just resubmitted my passport since the 12th of May and I have not heard from Ukvi,I spent £20 on calls all they say is processing.Does an AR have processing time?

Thanks dear.it has already been upturned and I have already submitted my passport since first week in May and I am wondering was causing the delay.Is the resubmission of my passport treated as a new application?

Pls house,is an upturned decision after an administrative review treated like a regular application?

I applied outside the UK and i have been able to track my application using the GWF number as a reference number and all it says is open.Why all this wahala after paying for priority?

Yeah, nothing, said processing but soon they will call me but can't say precisely when.

From my own experience you can,if you can get a job sha.

I was at ikeja today.The lady at the collection centre advised me to go to VI.

@Emex I didn't get you.I applied for an AR and the decision was upturn ed and was asked to resubmit my passport which I did and since then nothing from UKVI,when I call I get different responses.When you resubmit your passport is it treated as a new application?I should have reapplied,it's been more than 15 days.

@just wise, tanks for your help so far.I am really bugged about my passport,I still haven't heard from them concerning my passport after an AR,I keep calling and no one seems to give me a concrete answer,I feel as if I am been tossed around.Pls has anyone gone through all this,what is your advice on this?

Please house has anyone ever had to personally go through the process of an administrative review,how long did it take?I was at the Tls centre today in Ikeja and I met people who submitted their passport since March and hasn't heard from the embassy.Does it take months for your passport to be returned,I am hurting right now.

@just wise please who do I need to contact concerning my passport,I called a number that was given to me at the VAC,they said I should contact the VAC.It was the same Centre that gave me their number.

I have been following your threads but right now,I need your advice.I applied as a tier 4 dependant with my hubby,he was granted while I was denied but was given a AR.I was sent an email some weeks after I submitted my AR to send in my passport,weeks now no response from the VAC concerning my passport.Two questions
1.Why the delay ?
2.Do they still go through your documents and can my visa still be denied?
