Hello NairalandersToday I bring to you 2 brands that have similar specs and seem to compete with each other neck and neck. I won't go into much intro babble so let's meet them SuperD D1 vs Blackview R6 The SuperD is a new device, also the 1st Android launched by one of the Chinese company, can't go into d deets Well, Blackview isn't popular here but they are not new to most online shoppers or Android enthusiast like me who watch reviews a lot, so we have Blackview R6 too. Here are the specs: SuperD/Blackview R6 Android 6.0 Marshmallow (both) 5.5 inches (both) 152 x 75.7 x 8.9 (mm) / 152.3 x 77.1 x 10 (mm) 2G/3G/4G / 2G/3G/4G 4G: SuperD: LTE 800/850/900/1800/2100/2600 LTE-TDD 1900/2300/2500/2600 R6: LTE 800 (band 1), 900(band 3), 1800 (band 7), 2100 (band 8 ), 2600 (band 20) SIM card/TF slot (dual nano or nano + SD card) / R6: Dual Micro slots + SD Card slot 1080x1920 pixels display Capacitve touch (both) + 5 points multi-touch (both) Both capacitve doesn't show light 480dpi (both) MT6750T 64-bit @1.5Ghz Octacore/MT6737 64-bit @1.5Ghz Quadcore 3GB RAM/32GB ROM (both) Mali T860 MP2 GPU/Mali T720 MP2 GPU SuperD 13MP back/8MP front/R6: 13MP rear/5MP front-facing Non-removable 3000mah Li-Polymer battery (both) DIFFERENCES SuperD wins in GPU SuperD supports OTG/ R6 doesn't SuperD has faster processor SuperD has 10 4G bands while R6 has 5 (except for glo on both) SuperD can do a Scrollshot while R6 can't SuperD has Led Notification R6 doesn't I haven't even mentioned the noise-cancellation in SuperD that R6 doesn't have. SuperD has fast charging feature too while the R6 doesn't... RAM TEST I launched Call Dialer, Contacts, SMS, Browser, CPU Z, ES file explorer, Gallery, I can't recall the rest ( total was 9 sha) The SuperD always have at least 2GB used by system apps while the R6 is always almost 3GB free but both fones were able to resume the apps in background with same speed and no lags at all. To be frank the Multitasking feature on the R6 is amazing, could take upto 11 apps (tested so far) Camera is now where the SuperD leaves the R6 to bite the dust. The color quality is glaring, and I noticed that the SuperD camera seems to look distant than the R6 especially in selfie mode. Finally I must mention that the ROM memory of the R6 is quite good, it has 26.49GB while SuperD is 22.59GB The R6 is bloatware-free, no Google jargons except the Playstore and Chrome I think. pix attached...let me know what you guys think

Baddestguyp:I still can't be playing game that requires data b4 I can log in to continue. I agree the competitive challenge is sweet, I played Clash of Kings for a while but what if I don't have data or I am in an area where network is really bad or if my phone speed can't keep up with the online speed...the list goes on |

Peppul:okay 1. it's with pc 2. You need full ROM backup 1st with WWR MTK TOOL + SP FLASH TOOL (check Hova.tek for tutorial) The best backup is the default one without Google account and no 3rd party apps, no fingerprint registered...Just as stock after you have passed the LANGUAGE SETUP 3. You will unpack "system.img" with ASSAYED KITCHEN (check procedures on Hova.tek too) 4. Find your own personal font you like, rename it to Roboto-regular.ttf 5. After unpacking is done, go to the ASSAYED KITCHEN Work folder, open the system folder you unpacked, then fonts easy way WORK - system - fonts - replace ONLY the Roboto-regular by replace I don't mean copy and overwrite o: you move the default font to another folder on desktop as backup, now copy your own inside it 6. Minimize the tab and choose repack the system by choosing option 7 Then choose 3 RAW after that Choose No for ZipAlign option then choose 0 compression level for fast result but you need double of your system.img space (5GB x 2 = 10GB) cos you will eventually unzip it or choose DEFAULT level (5) to reduce zip space but it's slow 7. Open READY folder and unzip it 8. Move the system.img to a separate folder where your scatter file is and load it with SP FLASH TOOL then flash it flashing is just about 5 minutes Caution you may need to flash your whole Stock backup together at once AFTER you flash the system partition and you have any screen issues. additional benefits is that you can delete MTKLogger app and folder from system/apps Daz orl ![]() best of luck... |

Peppul:L LUna eye too sharp for here, I shrinked my screen bro with adb command it's basically changing DPI (without root it can't be done but with pc u can do it without any root access) |
oxygenlove:L LI can say the same for you guys that are playing online multiplayer games... I don't really know what you guys like about it....anyway sha una get plenty data to waste na ![]() |
Wiping today again, because of ordinary font ![]() All is well anyway bye bye to MTKLogger: I unpacked my system.img, deleted it from system/apps, modified my fonts and repacked it and voila here I am ![]()

EMMAUGOH:How can we temporarily root it? |
Unbeatable2:LOL ![]() |
Unbeatable2:It will resume normally back after a reboot or power off & on Permanent solution is root access |
Peppul:Where the screenshot? |
[quote author=RedReact post=69588462]No run away o, or else I will smack you from the screen. [/quote L L I go soon port no how no how, rooting is part of me (not for fun but for many benefits only myself knows) |
