what I was actually asking about is d cost implication of what u are showing us

with this level of finish, so far i have spent 14m, which have included the flooring,painting,screeding,....etc....it is just pack in

1) No german floor, why?

2) The quip about bungalows needed to be taller, is this a personal design element or is this prescribed in some architectural manual?

with my knoledge of construction and the idear i have gathered from different construction company i have so far worked with, german floor otherwise known as DPC is mainly required if only the enviroment serene is water loged and swampy because the major work of DPC is to stop water from entering into the main building from the foundation BUT if otherwise, i mean if it is not a swampy enviroment, it is not neccesserily required....
And to the next question, i have travelled to some neigbouring country in africa and my observation as a construction engr has been the fact that the taller you buillding with about lets say 3 blocks adds more beauty to houses, it gives it this giant look, it molest other houses around it because of its height, i can assure you thats one reason we respect buildings in places like dubai alot, i have watched their documentaries too.......thanks for stopping by, i appreciate, for enquiry call raymond on 08066681069.
