Culture › Re: Masquerade Wins In Court In Akwa Ibom State by Saao(m): 8:49pm On Dec 04, 2025 |
safarifarms: Masquerades are typically criminals. They use the cover of the mask to commit crimes. Most common are stealing, harassment, armed robbery. A friend has been robbed of his phone and all the money in his pockets. The masquerade actually checked his pockets to ensure he has emptied them. This was done with a machete as weapon. Several years ago, while on a bike one had threatened to cut my leg with a machete if I didn't drop something for them. I dropped N200 for them to be able to continue my journey. I support their ban. They are nuisance to society. I have lots I can share about their atrocities but these ones should do for now the same way we have criminals as Christians and Muslims |

SmartPolician: A simple survey of people who can make correct English sentences on social media (using Facebook where people bear their real names as the main source) shows that people from the South West are by far the best for reading and writing properly.
Nigerian organisations that cannot spend money to generate credible data is busy misleading the general public. I only pity those who take these organisations seriously. Why are you pained? I'm not Igbo or Yoruba but it pains you that Igbo people are ahead of Yoruba. The truth is that Igbos speaks more English than yorubas. |

Christians are a victim of terrorism, banditry and insurgency same as Muslims and other religions, in Nigeria. stay in south West or south and be spewing nonsense. If it can happen in kwara, don't think its far from lagos. Its a matter of time. |
