I have a Master bedroom ensuite to let out as soon as possible in a 3 bedroom flat, located at Ur flat mates are all profesionals, a girl and a guy in the other rooms.

Room is furnished with
Floor tiled
Sharp Airconditioner,
Big matress on the floor,

no wardrobe,

constant light area (TRUST ME),

Security man availble (u guys have to contribute each month to pay him)
Room with 21inch TV and DSTV paid for till September,

I dont want any too technical topic and no calculation topics, (i suck in maths ) please advise me as my proposal submission deadline is fast approaching.

I was thinking of something to do with data mining cos i know the MD of a company here in the UK that specialize in dat, i was hoping to use the oppurtunity to penetrate them during my research, may be i can end up with a job with them in the future.
