Hey everybody. Am sorry for my noob English. I really need your advices.

I have a Filipino friend and she's willing to sponsor my education in Philippines. Problem is I don't even know where to start or what she has to do. I've checked up information on Google and everything there is overwhelming.

I would like to know what I have to do and what she can do on her own part so I can secure admission and Visa. Thank you all
