I don't know if I am the only one suffering from inability to sleep at Night. Is that Insomnia?. I don't sleep at all, I really admire and envy those that go to bed, lay down and sleep off after five minutes of lying down. I wish I could do same my issue is I think a lot. My heart even beats faster than normal. I'm thinking of how the next day would turn out, what to eat, how to be successful in life. The family Pressure, my kid siblings, will I be a success or failure In life. Sometimes, hunger doesn't allow me to sleep.
