Yes you heard it right. It is the states that come to bail them out every month. As in every freaking month. That is the reason why since 1999 every state has been the one taking care of its LG. Before then LG used to owe salaries and pensions and everything..

The solution to this is let there be true restructing and the states in charge of their resources. In this way,they will be able to take care of the LG the more not all these giving LG stipends that cannot even take care of salaries not to talk of capital projects

Early this morning, my friend dad came complaining that he went to the ATM to withdraw, but the machine was unable to dispense cash, as he was about leaving, a man rush to him and told him its now dispensing cash and told him to rub the card terminal on his hair b4 trying again of which he did. Since he was bald, the man collected the card in pretence to assist rub it on his hair and immediately swap the Ecobank card into a moniepoint card, and left.
My frd dad only came back to his senses when he started receiving alerts. Not just any types of alerts but debits alerts.
I cross checked the messages and notice the transaction was done from a POS machine. We were able to call ecobank customer service and the card was been bl🚫cked
Is there any way forward to recover the stolen funds?
