For all those regular drinkers who find it uneasy to shift this unhealthy habit, I have great news for you a new study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that exercise can negate some of the health repercussions of regular drinking.

Researchers in the UK and Australia looked at a series of surveys of the British population, examining both the subject’s cancer mortality rates and their activity levels.

The study found a direct link between alcohol consumption and the risk of dying of cancer. But when subjects met the British recommendations for exercise (2.5 hours of physical activity per week) those risks were substantially reduced......

When I took a vacation to Asia, I noticed something amazing: There were NO KIDS CRYING ANYWHERE. Nowhere, not even in outdoor markets with 105-degree heat. Finally, after 2 weeks of traveling around, I asked on Twitter if anyone knew why. Somebody replied that when she lived in Japan, she once asked a mother what she does when her baby cries. The mother looked at her quizzically, then said, “But why would my baby cry?”

My jaw dropped. I started Googling around for different parenting strategies and I was surprised to find that the way we raise kids in America – the methods we think are “no-brainers” – are totally different in other countries.

I started taking coffee due to this and the tea is just a tea bag of lipton, honey and milk (even I started this not quite long ago)

I don't feel any pains or aches when I wake up; though a little bit weak sometimes even when I feel strong I will still be feeling sleepy later at work.

I will says you sleep at a rough pace... that is you sleep without a schedule... and I am sure that you don't feel sleepy at work everyday..

So what I want you do to do is sleep at a schedule and always stay on that schedule like I always sleep at 11:00 pm after bathing at 10:15pm everyday keeping consistent to this schedule makes me wake up strong even though I wake up at 5pm (that is 6 hours of sleep)

Also

Get comfortable.....

Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark (turning of the lights really helps, but if you are afraid of the dark, you can use those dim coloured lights, which consist of either red or green colours) and quiet.

Learn how to control stress (through meditation and exercise) which maybe a factor causing microsleep...

Also follow the doctor's orders..

What you are experiencing is microsleep which is brief moments of sleep, even after you are awake. Well you can't control microsleep, meaning you are putting yourself and other road users at at risk when you drive.

I think you should take your doctors advice and slow down on the intake of coffee or tea........

Also

Create a time schedule, which says you will go to bed at exactly this time, and also going to bed when you are tired will help...

Ondo State government yesterday confirmed a case of Lassa fever at the Owo/Ose in Owo and Ose Local Governments Areas of the state while two other suspected cases are under investigation.‎ They have all been transferred to Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital in Edo State for treatment.

The State Commissioner for Health, Dayo Adeyanju, while briefing newsmen, confirmed the case of the dreaded disease in Akure, Ondo State capital, adding that the surveillance and containment machinery of government had been stepped up to prevent a spread of the disease.

Yes... The way you sit, walk and stand if very important as it not only helps create a good impression of you on both men and women, it also helps you healthwise...

The way I walk is hands by my side, free and open for a handshake, no clenching, your chest should be out, your face should be looking ahead directly at the person coming towards you, you should show your neck (most people hide their neck),

Now here is how to make sure you walk like this...

Go to a wall and stand with your back on the wall, relax yourself and make sure you are standing to your full height, try to make the end of your shoulders touch the wall... this way your chest will puff out, and you will feel yourself standing taller..

When I first did this, I kind of looked intimidating, because I wasn't doing it correctly, but when I did I look like the next big thing...
