if the landlord have a lawyer, you also pay a 10% legal fee
You will still have to pay a service utilities fee provided if there's any for such and its a must to collect receipt for every penny paid.

but if you go through another agent, additional 10% will be added to agency fee, any additional fees except those that i have mentioned should be frowned with .
