akeemsl: saw your works i need how much is going to finish 3 bedroom flat bungalow with 17m by 13m and the pitch of the roof is 3m. i need a rough estimate. i want this in kwara state

There arre some things you will need to provide before the rough estimate is done,
What type of roofing material do prefer?
Are the rooms standard(all ensuite)
Meanwhile,using a longspan of 0.45mm guage won't cost you more than 500k-600k(rough estimate).
If the woodwork has been,then that could give a more accurate measurement.
