Op u know the answer already. He should save the money up by investing at least 25m in lands which is a good way of saving money. He should continue living his normal life and ditch plans of japa. When the time is right he can liquidate some of the lands and purchase some dollar as experts believe we will see below 1000# to a dollar during Jagaban tenure.
