No, it wasnt. I picked 'Packaging'. A friend picked 'Dreams'. Another picked 'Service'. So you see, its pretty random.

First, you'l be given a topic to write an essay on for like 15mins. The topic can be random but might be related to banking. Ours was: 'The role of banking in the economy'. Then after dat, you'll do oral presentation where you'l stand in front of a panel(like four of deir staff), you'l pick a random topic 4rm a basket and speak on it for 2mins. Just be confident and composed. You dont have to know a lot about the topic, just say what you do know in an intelligent manner. Most of all, pray for God's favor. Hope I'v bin a lil helpful.

No one knows oh. Lag peeps said dey were told by HB to expect response in a MONTH! I hope dey r not going to wait til den to get back to us in Abuja.. The suspense is killing!

Just like Wenks said, it was in two parts: first we wrote an essay on 'role of banking in economic development' then we had an oral presentatn where U pick a topic from a basket randomly den talk about it for 2 mins. About whether dere wil be anoda set called, honestly I didnt ask. But U guys shud stay hopeful sha cos we were few present today...

The test was for another bank o. Its not 2nd stage. Workforce just told them that their qualificatns meet the requirements that another bank(which they are recruiting for) needs & so they were called.
